Where is the CQ Bottleshop store?

The CQ bottleshop is situated on the corner of Little Collins and Queen Streets, the physical address is 121 Queen St.

How do I place a order?

Placing an order is easy, simply click on the 'add to cart' button for each product you require and follow all the prompts all the way through process.

How can I confirm if my order is being processed?

Once you have finished your online order you will receive a copy of the order you have placed via email. Our online manager will be in contact with you within 1 business day of the order being placed to confirm delivery time and, if required, organise a time for you to pick up the order and confirm payment arrangments. How do I pay?

Payment for online orders can be made by (1) downloading the credit card authorisation form and faxing it back to us, or (2) pay in person by cash or card at CQ Bottleshop. Please note that paying by credit card online is currently not an option.

What is the delivery turnaround?

The delivery turnaround is 48 hours minimum unless a request is made with CQ bottleshop and confirmed by us before the order is processed.

How can I cancel an order?

Cancelling an order is easy, simply call us and we will work out a suitable solution, unless delivery has been made and payment received in full. 

Is there a minimum order?

No there is no minimum order, but if you want to qualify for free delivery in the Melbourne CBD you are required to spend $150 or more.
